The hotel is located right in the town centre with plenty of reasonably priced parking nearby, offering great service with possible managerial involvement. The rooms were grubby with scuff marks all over the painted walls; however, having a double bed and a grand piano added an interesting touch. The hotel is opposite Harrogate Exhibition Centre, making it very convenient for guests attending events there.

As for the dining experience, the various options available left me satisfied, although I did notice a slight hiccup with the timing of the food service. Overall, the facilities were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The staff provided exceptional customer service, though a little more training could enhance the experience. The location is ideal for exploring the city, being close to various local attractions. While the dining options were decent, improvements could be made for a better overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully renovated and stylish with thoughtful amenities like a Tassimo coffee machine and treats, making my stay extra special. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with inedible bacon at breakfast. The service was outstanding, the location couldn't be more convenient, and the facilities were top-notch.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Harrogate with stunning views over the city. The rooms were modern and cozy, but the water temperature in the showers was a bit of a letdown. The service was warm and welcoming, though a tad more customer service training wouldn't hurt. Dining had a few hiccups with the breakfast order, but the fresh dishes made up for it. Overall, a great value for the money with some room for improvement.
